STORE DISCLAIMERS

Dear Customer, 

OnlyWorkboots is a retail store that works as fast and efficiently as possible. However, the COVID-19 aftermath has brought many changes to, not only our industry, but the whole world. Customers might experience a delay of 2-12 weeks shipping as some boots and shoes in the store are on temporary backorder, without an exact expected date. All updates on your order will be sent to your email. 

Every sale in the online store and in the showroom are final sales. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please be aware before buying. 

All boots and shoes in the store have a one year warranty. This warranty covers manufacture defects only. First six months within the day of purchase, the warranty is free. After six months of purchase to a year, the customer will be charged a warranty fee of 50% of the original price of purchase.
